Unfortunately, Japan’s individual investors are placed in a structure that prevents them from accessing investment information on par with the rest of the world.
There are various reasons for this, but in any case, neither domestic securities firms, banks, nor foreign financial institutions operating in Japan provide introductions to the kind of offshore investment funds that our firm can offer.
In contrast, professional investors around the world, high-net-worth individuals with access to private banks, and Japan’s institutional investors—such as pension funds, banks, and insurance companies—have been investing in these products for many years.
